Direct Hire Placement
Premier’s direct hire services include all levels of placement within the property management field. Premier will source, screen, interview, and fully vet talent for direct placement for the client’s open positions. Premier offers a 60-day guarantee that if the candidate does not succeed, we will find a replacement for that position.
When you need to hire a person but not quite sure of the fit, we can hire the person and place them on our payroll temporarily until you determine if they will or will not work out. If they work out, you hire them at any time at no additional cost. If they do not work out, we will end the assignment and we incur all costs associated with the hire to include, unemployment, workers’ compensation, payroll taxes, etc.
